The website vmeals.ae is owned and operated by VMeals. Please read the below Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order. By accessing and using the website, you accept and agree to be abiding by the Terms without modification. We have the sole discretion to modify or revise the Terms at any time by making changes in the text of this page. As a user of this site, it is your responsibility to periodically check the website and look for any such modification or revisions.

Meals and Delivery:

We prepare all the meals every day to deliver you fresh, healthy, and nutritious food that meets your daily calory requirements.

We deliver fresh meals to you every day in hygienic and microwavable boxes through refrigerated vans. To maintain the optimum quality and freshness of the food, keep it in the fridge. Follow our reheating instructions to enjoy delicious food without reducing its nutrition.

In case of damaged boxes and any issues related to food, please inform us immediately.

In case of a change in delivery address, you need to inform us at least 2 days in advance.

You or an authorized person need to be present to receive the food. In case of non-availability of any person, we can’t leave the food outside, so it will come back.

 Plan Pause and Change:

If you want to pause your program, you need to inform us at least 2 days in advance.

In case of change; from a higher value plan to a lower value plan, the change will be immediate with no extra fee chargeable. In this case, VMeals management is not liable to reimburse the monetary difference between the plans.

In case of change from a lower value plan to a higher value plan, based on the remaining days the difference in the amount must be paid by the client.


We accept payments through Debit/Credit Card (via Card Machine), Cash, and Bank Transfer.


We don’t store any information related to your Debit/Credit Card. For more information related to privacy and security, please go through our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and Refund:

For cancellation and refund, VMeals Management’s approval is required. The approval is based on the situation and circumstances. A 2-weeks processing time is required and a 20% cancellation free will apply on the remaining number of days from the time of approval of the refund.


We reserve the right to change/modify the above Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.

We can introduce a special offer or promotion with different Terms and Conditions than stated above.

We do not guarantee weight loss or change in any medical condition.
