Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an 20% cancellation fee. This is a common carrier fee for package interception.

If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping.

Refund Policy

Once payment is made by the Visitor to avail any Services through the Platforms, the Visitor shall not have the right to cancel and redeem, or require a refund of the payments made, irrespective of whether he avails or does not avail the Services, unless otherwise solely determined by VMeals. You shall be entitled to cancellation and refund within the first 5 days of the plan, subject to applicable cancellation/processing fees. VMeals may at its sole discretion decide to honour any cancel requests after the initial 5 days of the plan, provided that it shall take minimum 2 weeks to process with 20% cancellation fee on the payment applicable for the remaining duration. The remaining payment, if any, shall be refunded to you, or you may transfer it to another customer.
